Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

At Label Los Angeles, all of our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and customization for our customers. Because of this, we follow a strict cancellation policy:

Order Cancellation

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as production begins immediately.
• Please double-check your order details, including product, size, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

• If you notice an error in your order (e.g., incorrect size or address), contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at 411@labellosangeles.com. We will do our best to assist with corrections if production has not started.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-ordered items are also subject to the same no-cancellation policy once the purchase is confirmed.

Made-to-Order Policy

As every product is crafted specifically for you, cancellations after the production process begins are not permitted.
