Refund policy

At Label Los Angeles, all of our shirts are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and uniqueness of each piece. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except under specific circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Since all items are custom printed upon order, refunds or cancellations cannot be processed once your order has been placed.

Size Concerns:

  • We understand that sizing can be tricky. If your shirt doesn’t fit as expected, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at 411@labellosangeles.com.
  • To be eligible for a resolution, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed. We will work with you to determine the best solution, which may include issuing a replacement for a different size.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged please email 411@labellosangeles.com within 1 Day of receiving it with a description and photo of the issue. We will be happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
